Right At School offers your children a great way to be with friends after school, where they'll learn new skills, gain more confidence, play new games, and finish their homework before going home. It is comprehensive in that it offers nutrition, academics, sports, and many fun activities.
Young Rembrandts
Children who learn to draw using the Young Rembrandts method develop spatial reasoning
and fine motor skills, order and sequencing abilities, visualization, and self-discipline as well
as fundamental art skills. Our original curriculum introduces concrete ideas and techniques
that enlarges their visual vocabularies; enrich their imaginations and their minds. Drawing is
the fundamental skill of the visual arts that can -and should - be learned by all children.
Young Rembrandts® teaches drawing skills while developing learning skills that give
children ages 5 to 12 an academic advantage in the classroom.
Chess Scholars
This program is open to grades K-8 and no previous knowledge of chess is necessary. Each class will consist of a fun interactive teaching period and guided practice time. The children will have an opportunity to test for a Chess Belt under a unique Chess Scholar system patterned after martial arts belts. There will also be a chess competition with prizes and a pizza party towards the end of the session. Each first time participant will receive a free chess set to take home.
Chess Wizards
The classes and lessons are based around our original, fun, and high energy Chess Wizards curriculum. Regardless of the child’s ability Chess Wizards makes chess fun for all. The students learn strategies for life.
