Ms. Feeney grew up in rural town of Manhattan, Illinois. She came to Chicago Public Schools in 2002 from New Lenox School District 122 where she taught at LaSalle Language Academy for three years. This is her sixth year of teaching and her first at Ogden School. She graduated in May 2000 with B.S. in Education from Illinois State University. With experience teaching in all grade levels she enjoys working with middle school students and is happy to be working with the sixth and seventh graders here at Ogden. Ms. Feeney coached girl's volleyball last year as well as boys and girls basketball all six years of her career. As head coach of the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth grade girl's basketball, she hopes to extend her love of the game to the students.

In her spare time, Ms. Feeney enjoys reading books, walking, playing volleyball and basketball, and spending time with her friends and family.
