The 2009 300C-Class Mercedes Benz Sport is the Grand Prize
(Valued @ $35,325)

Tickets are $50 each or 5 for $200
(tickets will be available on the 25th)
Raffle Drawing will be held on November 20, 2008

Proceeds from this raffle will help us maintain our Art and Music teaching positions
At Ogden Elementary School!!!

Abbreviated Rules

1. Grand Prize: 2009 Mercedes Benz 300-C Class Sport (as equipped by
dealer), valued at $35,325.00

2. Winning ticket will be selected at random on November 20, 2008
(venue to be announced). Winner need not be present to win and will
be notified.

3. No more than 2,500 tickets will be sold at $50 per ticket or five
for $200. All entries with proper payment will be accepted on a first
come, first served basis.

4. The IRS does not consider the purchase of chances to win prizes in
raffles, lotteries, or similar drawings or contests, to be deductible
contributions.

5. No ticket stub will be entered unless paid in advance.

6. Winner is responsible for all fees including: licensing,
registration, local, state and federal taxes, including without
limitation all applicable sales, use and liability.
Winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility in connection with
accepting the prize.

7. Per IRS regulations, the winner will receive a W-2G reflecting the
fair market value (FMV) of the prize. The prize is subject to
withholding of 25% on the FM of $35,325.00 (or $8,831.25).
The winner must pay the withholding tax to the Friends of Ogden
within ten (10) days after taking title of the car.
